Bungalow Demolition & Rebuild, Cowplain
Due to the extensive works required for this project in Greenfield Crescent, Cowplain it was discussed and agreed with our client that this work would be carried out in two phases.
The first phase was to demolish the existing pre fabricated garage at the rear of the property to provide a new double garage with Annex rooms to the rear. This provided a home for our client for the duration of the extensive works the main dwelling.
The second phase was to demolish the majority of the existing two bedroom Bungalow and construct a new extended bungalow with rooms in the roof
and consisting of three large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a family bathroom, large hallway, lounge, kitchen dining room. and family room.
