New Double Garage & Annex, Cowplain
This Cowplain project was to demolish the existing Bungalow and garage to build a new Bungalow with rooms in the roof and a new double garage with annex. The project was programmed to be carried out in two phases.
The first phase was to build the new double garage with annex. The new annex consisted of one double bedroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and lounge. This became home for our clients for the duration of the second phase of the project which was to demolish the existing Bungalow and build the new Bungalow with rooms in the roof.
